Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a co-educational, college preparatory school. The Baltimore campus opened in August 2007 and will graduate its first class in 2011. In a unique partnership with local corporations, students work five days each month to earn their education and to forge ties to the business world.

Baltimore's Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a member of the Cristo Rey Network founded in 2001, when leaders from groups in Portland, Oregon, Cleveland, Denver, and New York hoping to replicate Cristo Rey Jesuit High School of Chicago gathered for to learn more about the model school. During the 2008 - 2009 schol year there are 22 member schools in the growing Cristo Rey Network.
