One retail space, situated on the corner of 15th and 42nd, features 2000 sqft of space. The other is about 3800 sqft and occupies the other corner of the building along 42nd street and the alley between 15th avenue and University Way. The second floor office space includes about 2/3 of the floor, for about 9300 sqft of space. On the fourth floor, the available space allows 3/4 of the floor for about 11,000 sqft.
