Three 4-story residential buildings dating from about 1828, built as 2.5-story Federal-style houses. The trio were raised to four floors between 1885-1888. The facade of No. 27 was renovated in 1946. The ground floor of No. 27 is occupied by Cafe Henri, a creperie.
