It was established about 150 years ago by a devotee in the line of Shri Vallabhacharya.
Dwarkadisha is the king of Dvarka, and thus Krishna is here with His queens Rukmani and Satyabhama, and without His peacock feather and flute.
This temple is close to Vishram Ghat and Gatashram Tila. The temples of Krishna Varaha And Shvet Varaha are also nearby.
