Urbana company owns the thermal power plant (the former 'Dutch' power plant) which supplies heat and domestic hot water to the blocks of flats in the Hipodrom area (Mihai Viteazul Blvd, Aleea Biruinței, Aleea Buia, Mirăslău street).
Renovated in 2018 within the Sibiu International Street Art Festival (SISAF).
