  • The name of the village is associated with the Rajput residents SONAGARAS because the Sonagara rajputs came to this place about 295 years ago and set up a village with the help of some locals, protected the local habitants from invaders with the help of Idar state. This area was surrounded by grassy forest in those days and local habitats' lives mainly depended on cattle.
