  site of the former Los Angeles Country Club. After the club moved, the land was given over to a developer. Buster Keaton's film Seven Chances begins in the country club at its new location, but later in the film a scene in which he is pursued by hordes of women, he is running through Country Club Park. In later life, he would live in a house just 2 blocks West of the neighborhood.

  In the north-west corner of Country Club Park, golf returned to the neighborhood (it had departed with the original country club) in the form of the Century driving range.
