It is said that the house belonged to the family of Mauromichalis, because the monogram of the family is written on a metal door in the house. They call it haunted because of a romantic story that exists and talks about a young woman that was raped and killed by a Turkish man during the turkish occupation. Since then the ghost of the young woman lives in the house.
