The Sydney Airport "T3" terminal, (also known as the Qantas domestic terminal) is home to most of Qantas domestic operations in and out of Sydney. It is currently leased (and operated wholly) by Qantas Airways. The terminal has a large main concourse of gates, capable of handling large 767 and A330 aircraft. It also has a satellite section at the end, which provides for an additional 7 or so gate lounges. The large "Qantas Club Lounge" is located up one level from check-in departures, and boasts a newly refurbished 1000 seater club for Qantas premium customers. The terminal also houses a Qantas Museum, hosting an array of video's, uniforms, model aircraft and other memorabilia from Qantas years past.

Comments

  • I recently flew to Melboune and back and was appalled at the filthy state of the toilets in both the Departure and Arrivals at the Sydney Domestic Terminal. It was exceedingly obvious that the bowls of the toilets hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. I felt it important to bring this to the attention of Administration so that this can be rectified as soon as possible. Yours sincerely, Pamela Edwards. pam.edwards1@bigpond.com
