    Diesel engine is XIX century technology, which has preserved causes of inefficiency and pollution formation within cylinder. Although polluting and inefficient all develop engines according to XIX century design, while adding external components to filter exhausts, which creates maintenance nightmare and Cummins is not alone doing that. However a new design based on new thermodynamic cycle has been filed for patenting in Canada and inventor can sell the rights to produce new engine that operates efficiently and has zero toxic emissions.
