Omega Baptist Church's 30 acre Boulevard Harvard Campus is the former site of the United Theological Seminary, now located in the northern Dayton suburb of Trotwood. The campus was planned by the internationally acclaimed Olmsted Brothers, famous for their landscape design. In 2005 the property was transferred from the seminary, which had occupied the site since 1923, to the Omega Baptist Church.

The United Theological Seminary was founded in 1869 by the Rev. Milton Wright, father of Orville and Wilbur Wright. Originally it was a seminary of the Church of the United Brethren in Christ. After occupying other sites closer into town, the Harvard Boulevard land was purchased in the early 1920's. The employment of the Olmsted Brothers to design the campus, who also designed Central Park in New York City, was made possible by a gift from Mr. John H. Patterson, of the National Cash Register Company.

In 1968, when the United Brethren merged with the Methodist Church, United Theological Seminary became one of the official seminaries of the United Methodist Church.
