The small natural hot spring which gives the area of Taffs Well/Ffynon Taf its name.
The well is housed in a small building at the side of a park with gardens, a children's playground and various games courts/pitches.

This article from 2005 mentions plans for renovation of the well; however three years later nothing has happened.
