The best gym in AC, but lacks decent cardio equipment as do all gyms in AC. They have some lousy treadmills and exercycles.

Aircon, free drinking water, free towel, sauna, aerobic fitness, protein bars. Small cardio area, large area for free weights. Good mix of members.

Aerobic classes held daily.

Hours of operation from 5:00am to 10:00pm Mon thru Sat - Sun: 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Daily 120P, weekly 600P, monthly 1,400P.

  • if our so far out of date we have new equipmet and threadmills we are the a new well equiped gym
  • no free towels , lousy aircon, biggest improvement thus far has been the addition of some small fish to the employee hangout area(if anyone can explain how that makes a gym better I welcome their explanation) - my membership runs out next month and I will not renew--hours of operation 6am to 9:30 pm unless manager decides he cant pay the electric bill and cuts the hours like he did the Sun opening- place needs decent management and a crew to clean it not to hang out in lounge and compete with customers for the equipment usage
  • Guest 4 days. Not very clean. Would not take shower there. Do not leave money in locker room. Friend I went with lost 5000p. Does not seem foreigner friendly, which appear to be people paying money to work out. Good for week or two, but do not believe gym will be around much longer. Worked out at hotel couple days & it seemed to have as good cardo as ac1.
  • I was there and thought the staff was helpful and courteous. They had free personal training and free lockers. The place IS open on Sunday and I took a shower and am a regular member now. Did I mention the steam room?
  • CLOSED!! DATED JULY 10TH 2014 NO INFORMATION WHERE IT MOVED ALL EQUIPMENT GONE FROM BUILDING.
