Administrative district (raion) of South-Western Administrative Okrug, and one of the 125 raions of Moscow, Russia. The area of the district is 27 square kilometres (10 sq mi). The population (July 2016) was 207,903.
The district's history dates back to 1612, and it is named after a Don Cossack Butov.
