This is an exquisite Georgian house built in 1753. It was bestowed to the Trust to help preserve the character of the street. It is now leased to Launceston Town Council and in use as a local museum and civic centre.
The exhibits focus on the local area's general infrastructure; the history and its people and Launceston's connection with Australia.
