San Andres Parish - is a Roman Catholic Church under the Diocese of Bukidnon and was established right after the world war II. In the early 50's up to late 80's, the church was administered by a Roman Catholic order, the Society of Jesus (SJ). And because of the high regard of the SJ to the literacy of the Filipinos, the church established a Parochial School - The San Andres High School. Now, the school is already recognized by the Department of Education as one of the Private High School in the country through the great effort of Precioso V. Abellanosa - the former school principal of the school.

The church's name was derived from one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ, St. Andrew (San Andres in cebuano's term). Hence, the patron of the church is Senior San Andres who was persecuted by the Roman Soldiers and died in an "X" shape cross. The feast of the church is in every 30th day of November wherein that day also is considered as Andres Bonifacio day.

Now, the church has been constantly renovated since 1996 in order to accommodate all the faithful believers in the local community.
