There are three sized units, a small one bedroom, large one bedroom, and large two bedroom. They are all fully furnished with air conditioner(s), queen sized beds, couch, easy chair, vanity desk/mirror, 21" TV with cable, high speed internet, refrigerator, two burner stoves, and all required cooking and eating utensils. Basically all that the renter needs to bring is the clothes he wears and the cash he wants to spend.

They are located a two minute walk from Margarita. The units are priced depending on size. Also, the renter is responsible for his own electrical usage. Each unit has its own electric meter.

The water is drinkable without any additives. It comes from a 235ft deep well which has been tested for bacteria.
