Rio Nance Agroindustrial - RINAGRO was created by a group of Honduran entrepreneurs with a long tradition in the banana industry, both in the production of fresh fruit for export as well as on the processing side. In order to better utilize their productive resources and expertise, the founders initiated the construction of a banana puree plant confident that they would be able to enter the market with a high quality product capaple of holding its own against the giant brands which currently dominate the market.
The long involvement of our major stockholders in the production of bananas for export has created a cadre of quality conscious personnel along every step of the productionof the bananas to be processed. Thus, the same optimun quality bananas that can be found in supermarkets worldwide make up the raw material going into the plant. Uniting our production expertise with state of the art processing technology has been the basis for the high quality product we are now producing. It has been an instant success with all of those which have analyzed and tested our product for inclusion in their formulations.

On the processing side, we have the best technical and experienced personnel in the industry. Our tradition along this line goes back to the first aseptic commercial banana puree plants in the world.
