The Clerk of Court's Office is located in the new Horry County Government & Justice Center, located at 1301 Second Avenue in Conway, South Carolina.

The Horry County Government & Justice Center is comprised of a two-story Government Wing and a three-story Justice Wing, which are joined by a glass atrium. The Government Wing contains the following departments: County Administrator's Office, Budget & Revenue, Finance, Public Information, Human Resources, County Attorneys, Assessor, Auditor, Treasurer, Code Enforcement, Zoning, Planning, and the Register of Deeds Office.

The Justice Wing is comprised of 11 courtrooms, the Sheriff's Office, Clerk of Court, Family Court, Circuit Court, Probate Court, and the Solicitor's Office. The atrium will also host the security entrance into the Justice Wing, where visitors will be greeted by the Sheriff's Office and checked by metal detectors before entering the wing.

Parking is available on Third Avenue, Second Avenue, Beaty Street, and Elm Street, which surround the Center with no fee. There is also a main parking lot for the Center, which is located on Second Avenue.
