  Be careful! This is an open gated community. No security checks at the gates at all. Everyone passes. Lots of burglaries happened here recently. A lot of (outside) traffic too.

  Thanks for the information. We nearly rented a house there. Hence, after seeing your comments we returned back on our own, just before work. It was really like on Thepkrasattri Road there.. everyone passes through. Not really what you want when moving in with your children.
