Manambia Elementary School was established in the year 1957. The school site was donated by Juanita Cuyno Mundas with a land area of 100m x 100m (10,000sqm) or 1 hectare. From more or less 10 pupils who were enrolled in the early years as Manambia Primary School, now it has 115 pupils in the year 2008.

At present, the new school administrator, Mr. Kirk Andrew B. Abellanosa is searching for any ways and means in order to suffice the needs of the learners and be able to uphold its VISION and MISSION.
