The Chowdiah Memorial Hall, an excellent venue for classical concerts, is a unique ornamental memorial to Chowdiah K.K.Murthy. Shaped in the form of a violin this hall which was completed in 1980, acts as a highly functional cultural center. It is equipped with modern equipment in sound with state-of-the art mixing consoles, echo units, sonic maximisers, amplifiers and speakers.
