One of the oldest commercial buildings in downtown Long Beach and the only one showing Romanesque Revival design elements. Its mixed-use development is typical of the early 1900's, with commercial shops on the ground floor and residential units above arranged around a central light well. Although altered, it typifies the earliest commerical development of downtown Long Beach.

  • It is now the only Hotel left standing on Broadway from before 1970's
  • Originally called the Psychological Temple it was built by the Society for the New and Practical Psychology head by Dr. W.R. Price.
