A major pumping station, part of the London Ring Main project, that consists of an approximately 80 km system of mostly 2.54 m (100") concrete pipelines used to transfer potable water from water treatment works in the Thames and River Lee catchments to distribution within London.

  • This building also doubles as a catchment tank for the FalconBrook under ground stream. FalconBrook used to empty straight in to the Thames. Now the water is stored and pumped in to the main sewer which runs under Battersea Park Rd and is one of the largest sewers in London.
