Once part of the Diamond Alkali facility, this plant produces potassium carbonate. It received potassium hydroxide from the chlor-alkali facility. After closure of the chlor-alkali facility closed it is receiving potassium carbonate from other facilities. It is part of a joint venture between Occidental and Church & Dwight.
