Opened in 1982 with the goal of reviving downtown the two storey enclosed mall features 60 stores and services including Sears, Sportchek and Goodlife Fitness.

The Centre has a total area of 227,000 sq. ft. on two levels with a 72,000 sq. ft. Sears and a 16,500 sq. ft. Sportschek.

  • Instead of reviving the down town, looking back now, sadly it destroyed it. Many historical buildings such as Harrison Hall were leveled, streets eliminated, market place destroyed to build this monstrosity. Currently the mall is mostly vacant with the upper florr now turned into rental office space for Union Gas. Sad really.
