- Only three bays wide, this is one of the narrowest high-rise buildings in Indianapolis.
- On 5 November 1973, while still operating as a hotel, floors 15-17 ignited from the radiant heat of the burning Thomas Building across Washington Street.
- Home offices of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
- This building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
