Facts
- The former Oddfellows Building was the tallest high-rise building in Indianapolis from 1908 until 1909, when the Barnes and Thornburg Building, formerly the Merchant's National Bank Building, was completed.
- The top 3 floors are home to a large auditorium, once used by the Odd Fellows fraternal organization, the building's original tenant.
- This was the first high-rise building in Indianapolis to rise above 200 feet or 15 floors.
- Indianapolis has one of the largest collections of large buildings related to freemasonry. Others include the Scottish Rite Cathedral, the Murat Centre, the Freemasons' Hall, and the Knights of Pythias Building, Scottish Rite Building, and the Masonic Temple, all demolished.

One North Pennsylvania is currently under renovation (as of October 2019) to be converted into a 130-room Kimpton Hotel.
