Mixed-use complex, featuring a hotel, Lifetime Fitness, two restaurants, and four office buildings. Begun in 1998, the first three office buildings were completed just as the dot-com bubble, that had fueled explosive growth in the area, collapsed, leaving half of the complex unfinished. The fourth office building was completed in 2007.
