  Not very Italian since the 1980s. North Burnaby, The Heights (local business association) are other terms more commonly heard.

  Now with Helen's Children's wear gone after 50 years, (replaced by the butcher branch of Cioffi deli), the old girl-on-a-swing neon sign has been put up and renamed "Heights" instead of "Helen's"
