    Pool condition good but without shade umbrellas Tables & chairs too hot for full enjoyment.Restaurant still closed.Avoid large deposits.

    Some reasonably priced flats available.Many units are very badly equipped.No linen,no towels,Nothing in the kitchens to cook with or eat off.Many units have no screens.The complex has a neglected look about it.Exterior painting long overdue.Good pool.Web postings can be misleading. Look before you rent

    january 2010 BUT CHECK OUT PALMCREST, COLVA. WHAT AN AWFUL PLACE. NO RESTURANT. THE PLACE STINKS WITH MOUNTAIN OF GARBAGE NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE GATE - EVEN BY GOAN/INDIAN STANDARD STANDARD. LOOKS LIKE THE PLACE HAS NEVER BEEN TENDED - OPEN/BROKEN SEWER, SEWAGE SEEPING INTO THE ONLY FRESH WATER WELL ON SITE. OPEN ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION METERS - DANGEROUS. AN AWFUL PLACE.

    Reports of storage area behind onsite restaurant(still closed ) being used for community garbage storage.Please say it aint so!!!!.What ever happened to the Colony improvement plan???. Any photos of the new storage area???.
