  • Some reasonably priced flats available.Many units are very badly equipped.No linen,no towels,Nothing in the kitchens to cook with or eat off.Many units have no screens.The complex has a neglected look about it.Exterior painting long overdue.Good pool.Web postings can be misleading.   • january 2010 BUT CHECK OUT PALMCREST, COLVA. WHAT AN AWFUL PLACE. NO RESTURANT. THE PLACE STINKS WITH MOUNTAIN OF GARBAGE NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE GATE - EVEN BY GOAN/INDIAN STANDARD STANDARD. LOOKS LIKE THE PLACE HAS NEVER BEEN TENDED - OPEN/BROKEN SEWER, SEWAGE SEEPING INTO THE ONLY FRESH WATER WELL ON SITE. OPEN ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION METERS - DANGEROUS. AN AWFUL PLACE.
  • THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE ON THE HOLIDAY VELVET POSTINGS??? ANYBODY GOT SOME RECENT PHOTOS??.REPORTS OF OWNERS HOSTILE TO EUROPEANS.
  • Reports of storage area behind onsite restaurant(still closed ) being used for community garbage storage.Please say it aint so!!!!.What ever happened to the Colony improvement plan???. Any photos of the new storage area???.
