In 1929, the Castle on the western bank of the pond by Hans Hopp project built hotel Parkhotel, - the most fashionable in Königsberg. The asymmetric building is exceptionally feasibility and architectural design, and execution. The five-storey block with the adjacent six-storey staircase path and two wings. Dark natural stone from which were folded wings, plastered successfully set off the main unit. On the first floor - the lobby and the famous beer garden with access to the pond shore (there were built indoor and outdoor terrace). In the southern wing - shops, meeting rooms, reading room and library. On the other floors - hotel rooms. small park, which is located in the shadow of a beer garden was laid out nearby.
Now is a business center in the building.
