Picturesque pedestrian bascule bridge built in March 1999 by the Irish artist Eilis O'Connell, in conjunction with Ove Arup & Partners engineers. Is very known for its horn-shaped sculptures.
This footbridge spans St Augustine Reach in Bristol Harbour between Narrow Quay in city centre and Bordeaux Quay waterfront promenade at Canons March area of the city. Is named after a slave of the merchant John Pinney who lived in Bristol during the 18th century.
