Some suggest that this is the site of the "Katie's Restaurant" referenced by Sen. Joe Biden in the 2008 Vice Presidential debate. The original Katie's closed sometime in the 1980s and was part of Little Italy culture in Wilmington, Delaware, having opened in 1936.
