Named after the Virgen de la Soledad. Neighborhood founded in the late 1940's by blue collar workers. This barrio was one of the toughest in Parral during the second part of the 20th century. Also, this barrio became one of the greatest exporters of man force to Places like northern Colorado and Indio California during the 80's.
