The Square of Freedom was originally built and given to the public under the name 'Square Of Klement Gottwald' after the name of one of the socialist presidents. After the Velvet revolution, it was renamed to 'Square of Freedom'. In the center is located large fountain and whole square is a popular place for teenagers to meet.
