  I moved to a coal shipping company called PT Trans Power Marine on Dec 9, 2008. It's located at perkantoran hijau arkadia tower F lt 6 suite 603, 604 jl tb simatupang kav 88 jakarta. At present I am assigned as HRD & GA Div. Manager. Eventhough there will be lots of homeworks to improve (just like other companies i guess) It's really a nice company and i enjoy it. I try my best to establish the vision to the be best hr practices among shipping and coal mining company.
