Sports Hall "Traian" is the largest sports hall in Ramnicu Valcea. With a capacity of 2000 seats, Hall "Traian" was opened in 1982.
After modernization works, in 2011 Hall "Traian" has a capacity of 3126 seats.
Being a modern hall, it offers the possibility to practice a variety of sports categories but the greatest part of time, it is occupied by Handball Sport Club "Oltchim".
