The Cardiff School of English, Communication, and Philosophy has over a thousand students (more than one hundred of them postgraduates), and around fifty full-time academic staff, all of whom are supported by an experienced team of administrators and technicians. Staff across the School pride themselves on nurturing a friendly and supportive environment for each other and our students.

It offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes which combine the highest levels of traditional scholarship with innovative approaches to our core interests in language, communication, literature, critical theory, cultural criticism, and philosophy.
