Founded in 1967 by Fairfax County, the Annandale Christian Community for Action, incorporated as ACCA, Inc., is an alliance of 26 churches in the Annandale community and adjacent areas. The purpose is to unite all Christians of the community to promote and sponsor Christian social action. The building was formerly home to Annandale Elementary School.
