VA TECH Escher Wyss Flovel Pvt Ltd. (Company) is a 100% owned Indian subsidiary of VA TECH HYDRO, a group company of ANDRITZ, Austria. The manufacturing unit is located near Village Prithla, Distt Palwal in Haryana State (about 33 km from Delhi-Haryana Border on the Delhi-Mathura Road) over a plot area of about 35,966 Sq.m. Of this about 10,015 Sq.m has been covered to house the existing Fabrication Shop, Machine–cum-Assembly Shop, Training Centre, Auxilliary services and Administrative Offices.

The Company is in the field of designing, manufacturing and supplying Hydro Turbines and auxiliary equipment for Power Generation.

The Company’s sales turnover was INR 1638.4 million during the last Year ended on 31st December 2007 and is expected to be INR 2101 million this year (2008).
