A large steeply hilled area of parkland often used by residents for walking dogs and sledging in winter. Camp Hill was once home to an Iron Age fort, as it provides a perfect vantage point out onto the River Mersey. The park was acquired by Liverpool in the 1920s and opened to the public. It also has a Walled Garden.
