Established in 1976, the Archdiocesan Office for Human Development (AOHD) is the official arm of the Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in all matters pertaining to charity, integral human development, justice and peace. It was set up as a help centre, and a temporary residence for poor and homeless people. It also seek to protect children with special needs, migrants and refugees, indigenous people, drug users and people with HIV/AIDS.
