  This is one of the crappiest socities in the part. Why? 1. There have been 2-3 incidences of theft in last few months. 2. People pee in the lifts. 3. Leakages in pipelines, which society says is tenants problem and he/she has to get it fixed. 4. One sided rules by society members to discourage tenants. Like 35,000 entry fees citing parking reasons only for tenants. Out of which 3000 will be deducted. 5. Parking problems!!!! If you have a bike and your house does not have a parking slot, you park your vehicle outside the compound (as per recent notice). For residents its all free they can park there bicycles , chairs anything in the corodoors. 6. Park ?? Not for playing, its for playing card for some privileged people. Children play in parking area damaging vehicles. 7. Chain Thefts, Snatching incidents. Some Good things:- 1. Near by Reliance Fresh/Sadar/Bus Stand. 2. Not overcrowded like mall areas. 3. Good dining areas like the Monk/Galaxy near by.
