On Case Western Reserve University campus. Harkness Chapel is used primarily by the Music department for performance and practice but is remembered as the location of honors assemblies, special convocations, and compulsory chapel at Mather College. Designed by Charles F. Schweinfurth, who had designed many Euclid Avenue mansions, the chapel was given by the Harkness family and Louis H. Severance as a memorial to Florence Harkness Severance.
