Tulare (Туларе) is a village in Serbia. It is located in the Medveđa municipality, in the Jablanica District. According to the 2002 census, Tulare had 166 inhabitants, of whom 117 are ethnic Serbs and 47 are ethnic Montenegrins.

    This was an Ethnic Albanian Village until 1912. From 1912 until 1925 all Albanians were forced to leave the area from the terror of the Serbian State.
