Google has a [Maps] & Contact Us : FAQs, [Feedback], Newsletter....
They do not provide a means to contest the accuracy of the maps (that they buy from another vendor.)

screen-shots
A screen-shot would be nice, though, for both Classic and Beta versions. Maybe put in a legend and some markers, and describe them in text below the screen-shot.
