  • Home sweet home that need to pay for car park RM50 /m
  • Is Carrefour comfirm come in to USJ19 ?
  • Yes, Carrefour is opening here.
  • Grand Imperial restaurant also opened
  • They have changed the name to The 19 USJ City Mall.... And it looked more classy now with the huge entrance.
  • Warning towards those who plan to open up a business here, as it's not a wise thing to do as this is controlled by certain individuals who acts like thugs & gangsters as if the mall is owned by them & this include the management people. The mall really sucks, nothing to see & talk about...no character at all!
  • The management will charge RM80 for the carpark effective 1st April 2012. Yes, the management behaves like thugs and if you made too much noise, they will just clamped your car in the car park even if you have paid all dues. I heard the boss is a big loan-shark in Klang.
  • Then maybe the tenants need to move out ..if the management really got problems there..
  • The "owner" (actually he doesn't own it) is a gangster from Klang. They are a husband and a fat wife team who is uneducated, can't read and write and has absolutely no experience running a shopping mall. Right now the uneducated wife is "running the show" and has hired a bunch of inexperience friends/staff to help her run things. Both husband and wife has no respect for the LAW and if you live at the apartments upstairs, they will "arrange" to have you arrested if they don't like something you are doing or say anything against them (I have actually seen it happen!). All the good staff have left because they are not able to pay salaries. I have heard that it is normal to receive staff salaries one to two months late! So all the remaining staff are the rejected ones, who have no place to go. They recently got raided by KWSP for non-payment of staff EPF monies. The owners surround themselves with their uneducated "ma-chais" who consist of their ex-debt collectors. They will threaten to lock-up your shop's roller shutters if you don't pay rent on time! (I have seen that happen too!) Also heard that they recently rigged the Joint Management Body (JMB) elections so that both husband and wife gain control of the JMB and control of the funds collected from the residence. Apparently, they did this by "creating" documents to allow non-residents to vote in the JMB election. It is said that they are using this fund for their own personal purposes and are now trying to cover it up by manipulating the books. So think carefully before you open shop here, live here or do business with any of this people!!
