Schedule and authorize vehicles for repair. • Monitor quality of vendor’s work and PM services performing follow up inspections. • Maintain tire inventory and complete monthly inventory reports, responsible and accountable for accurate inventory. • Approve maintenance invoices and check for proper coding. • Manage company parts inventory. • Conduct failure analysis on components. • Ensure driver compliance with pre and post trip inspections of equipment investigating causes for out-of-service violations. • Ensure vehicle and garage compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding maintenance and safety.
