  An alternative rock band called Hazzle actually wrote a song about King George, VA. One of the band members claims that the song was written when "...I was at a writing workshop in Virginia at UVA, two of my suite-mates were from a town called King George and they were talking about how boring it is there; so the story in the song sort of came from that..."
